NDIS Smart Home Perth

Smart home automation is one of the most transformative supports available under the NDIS. Voice-controlled lighting, automatic doors, motorised blinds, environmental control units and emergency-aware home systems return independence to participants with limited mobility, vision or dexterity. We're an experienced NDIS smart home installer in Perth, working with Support Coordinators, OTs and plan managers to deliver fully funded installs.

Every install is documented for plan submission, quoted against the NDIS Price Guide, and accompanied by occupational therapy recommendations where required. We deliver the install, train the participant and family, and remain on-call for ongoing support.

Smart home technology is typically funded under Assistive Technology, Home Modifications or Capacity Building, depending on the participant's plan and the scope of works. Items under $1,500 generally fall within low-cost AT and need only a Support Coordinator's approval. Larger installs require an OT assessment, a written quote and (above $15,000) a Complex Home Modification report — all of which we routinely supply.

We work with self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed participants across Perth and Peel. If you're unsure what's claimable, we offer a free 30-minute scoping call with the OT or Support Coordinator before any quote is issued.

We're comfortable inside the NDIS process. We attend OT assessments on site, provide quotes formatted for plan submission (NDIS line items, GST treatment, evidence statements), and liaise directly with plan managers for invoicing. For Complex Home Modifications, we work alongside the building surveyor and provide the engineering certificates required for approval.

If a participant changes plan managers mid-project, we adjust without drama. The participant's outcome is the only thing that matters.
