01 · How to choose
Which package suits your home.
The Essential package is designed for a Perth home where the priority is getting the fundamentals right - proper network, decent CCTV, smart lock and starter lighting control. It suits a 3-4 bedroom family home where the homeowner wants engineered basics rather than a full luxury system. Typical spend $9,990-$14,000 after site-specific tuning.
The Premium package is our most-installed. It's the right answer for a 4-5 bedroom family home where the homeowner wants the whole envelope handled - 10G network, 4 cameras plus doorbell, smart lock and garage, Lutron lighting, and outdoor entertainment audio. Typical spend $24,990-$38,000.
The Signature Estate package is a custom design for architectural new builds, luxury homes and multi-residential developments. It's built around a Crestron or Control4 backbone with dedicated cinema, multi-zone audio, Lutron Sivoia motorised blinds and full climate/access/security integration. Typical spend $85,000-$350,000+.

Beyond the equipment list.
The line-item hardware in each package is only part of what we deliver. Every package - including the Essential - includes the engineering, programming, commissioning and handover that makes the difference between a working system and a great one. We don't split those services out because a system without them isn't complete.

Package FAQs.
Are these fixed prices?
The starting figures are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed after a site visit and detailed design - the price varies with the size of the home, cable path complexity, roof-space access, and any specific hardware substitutions.
Can I mix and match between packages?
Yes. Most jobs we quote are a custom blend - Premium networking with Essential CCTV and a Signature cinema, for example. The packages are starting points, not fixed menus.
Can I add to the package later?
Yes. Every system is designed to be added to - more cameras, additional lighting zones, extra rooms of audio - without replacing the core. That's why we insist on cabling headroom and open platforms from day one.
Do you finance packages?
We don't offer in-house finance, but we work with Certegy and other third-party finance providers for clients who prefer to spread the cost. Most clients pay staged progress payments through the build.
