Centralised Control

One interface, every system.

Keyless entry, biometric locks and managed permissions for residential and commercial properties across Perth.

Whether you reach for the wall keypad, the tablet, your phone or your voice - the experience is the same. Considered, consistent, and quietly responsive.

Approach

How we deliver access control.

From the front door of a Cottesloe home to a multi-tenant Maddington warehouse, our access control work is engineered to feel effortless. You arrive, the door knows you, and you walk in.

We design layered systems that combine smart locks, intercoms, biometric readers and mobile credentials - all auditable, all revocable, all wired into the wider home or building.

The starting question is never which lock. It's who needs access, when, from where, and what happens when that person leaves the household or the business. Keys are a physical asset with no audit trail; a credential is data, and data can be issued, expired, logged and revoked in seconds.

For homes, that means the cleaner has a code that only works Thursday 9-11am, the housesitter has a mobile credential that expires when you land back at Perth airport, and every unlock is logged so you can see who came and went while you were away.

For commercial sites we integrate with rostering and payroll where useful, tie door events to CCTV footage for genuine accountability, and design out the failure modes - lost cards, tailgating, forced doors - before they happen. Every install is engineered around a fallback: if the network drops, the internet is out, or a device fails, the door still opens for authorised users.

Credentials that suit how people actually live and work.

The best credential is the one you already have on you. For most Perth households that's a phone, a watch and a fingertip - we design around those first, and keep the physical key as a backup rather than the primary way in.

For commercial sites, we usually mix credential types by role: staff on mobile, contractors on time-limited PINs, deliveries on ButterflyMX video-call entry, and management with encrypted DESFire cards for the plant room and comms rack.

  • 01Apple Home Key, Google Wallet and NFC on Aqara, Salto and Ubiquiti hardware.
  • 02Biometric fingerprint on the front door, PIN backup, physical key backup.
  • 03Time-boxed and one-shot codes for cleaners, tradies, Airbnb guests and deliveries.
  • 04Video intercom at the gate, tied to your phone whether you're home or overseas.
  • 05Full audit log: who unlocked what, when, from which credential.

Doors, gates and vehicle entries as one system.

Access rarely stops at the front door. Most Perth homes and businesses we work on need the front door, the side gate, the garage roller, the vehicle gate and often the pool gate all behaving as one platform.

We wire the whole envelope so a single credential opens whichever entry you're arriving at, and so an event at any door - a forced-open, a tailgate, an after-hours unlock - can trigger a light, a camera clip, a phone alert or a lockdown scene.

  • 01Automatic vehicle gates with number-plate recognition and mobile app entry.
  • 02Garage roller doors on schedule and geofenced auto-close when the last car leaves.
  • 03Pool and side gates with child-safe latch monitoring.
  • 04Intercom answered from your phone anywhere in the world.

Built to keep working - for a decade, not a summer.

Cheap smart locks fail within two to five years. We install commercial-grade hardware on residential doors because the door swings 20 times a day for 20 years and the lock has to keep up. Aqara U-series, Salto Neo, Ubiquiti UniFi Access - these are the platforms we stand behind because the field reliability data supports it.

Every install includes battery-life monitoring, over-the-air firmware updates for the platform's lifetime, and a 10-year workmanship warranty on the fitting itself.

FAQs

Frequently asked.

Quick answers to what Perth clients ask about access control. Anything we haven't covered? Get in touch.

Can I keep a physical key as a backup?

Yes - every smart lock we install has a physical key override. It's the fallback, not the primary way in.

What happens when the internet drops?

Local credentials (fingerprint, PIN, NFC card, physical key) all keep working. Only remote unlock and audit-log sync need Wi-Fi.

Can different people have different access?

Yes. Codes, cards and phone credentials are per-person, time-boxed, revocable and fully logged. Cleaner on Thursdays only, tradie for one afternoon, family always.

Do you integrate with existing alarm and CCTV?

Yes - most installs tie into an existing Bosch, Paradox or Ubiquiti Protect system so a door event can trigger a camera clip or an alarm response.

Is a Perth electrical or security licence required?

Yes. Every access-control install we do is signed off by a licensed WA electrician and, where required, a WA Security Agent - not a hobbyist.
