Most homeowners assume a smart home retrofit means ripping up floors and chasing every wall. It doesn't. We use wireless Lutron RA3, Aqara, Somfy and UniFi systems that drop into existing wall boxes, cable through ceiling cavities, and deliver full automation with minimal plaster damage.

A typical 3–4 bedroom retrofit — full lighting control, smart locks, motorised blinds, network upgrade, voice assistants — is delivered in 3–5 days on-site. Larger projects with hardwired Crestron or Control4 take 2–3 weeks. Either way, the household keeps living in the home through the install.
